EPA exempt insecticide.  Product works on all sucking, biting, crawling, insects, slugs and larvae.  Spry must penetrate the underside of  leaf and get on the bug to kill it.  Spray at first sign of damaging insects.  High pressure spray is essential, also works well as a repellent.
